The Rush training bars are brilliant. I don't eat dairy or meat and prefer vegan protein. I have been consuming pea protein for a number of years, especially when going to gym. I don't like the mass gaining protein shakes that have high Gi processed carbs and so it's been a challenging gaining and maintaining muscle. These bars have been the answer. I have a vegan protein shake and a Low Gi bar as a snack between meals and it's so much easier to maintain a healthy weight when training. And they taste so good too. Highly recommended!!!

Thank goodness I usually have a stash of these. My husband was about to run his first marathon the next morning and had not given a second thought to what nutrition to take with him. I loaded him up with these and they got him through the marathon 😅
